01What we sell
Made-to-order apparel. Every piece is printed after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
02Orders & payment
Checking out through Stripe is you placing an order; we accept it by fulfilling it. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — your card details never touch our hands. If something's wrong with an order (a pricing error, a design issue), we may cancel it and refund you, and we'll tell you why.
03Made to order means final sale
Because each piece is printed specifically for you, all sales are final — except when we mess up. Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? Send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Full version lives in the returns section of the shop.
04Shipping
Production takes 2–7 business days; shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout and paid by you. Full details in the shipping policy.
05Our designs are ours
The name, artwork, and designs belong to Factually Offensive. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — not the design. Don't reproduce our work for sale.
06Don't be weird with the site
Don't try to break it, scrape it aggressively, or use it for anything unlawful. Standard stuff.
07Liability, in plain English
To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, that kind of thing. The most we could owe you for anything is what you paid us.
08Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law.
